Legal notice

The identity, tax number and address of the seller are shown above once the operator has confirmed them. Before publication, this data must be reviewed by Spanish legal counsel.

Purchase and payment

Prices and the delivery cost are confirmed before Stripe Checkout opens. The checkout return page never marks an order as paid on its own: the status changes only when a signed webhook is received from the payment provider.

Shipping

The chosen carrier, service, price and estimated delivery time are stored with the order. An estimated delivery time is not a guarantee. Tracking appears in the account once the shipment has been registered.

Returns

For distance purchases of ordinary goods, the policy starts from a minimum period of 14 days from delivery, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions. Start the request from your account or from support before you send the item.

We process the data needed to create the account, take payment, deliver the order, prevent abuse and handle requests. Addresses, phone numbers, sessions, payments and support messages are not published. Payment, email and shipping providers receive only the data needed for their function.
